Santouka is one of three well-known ramen noodle shops in downtown Vancouver. Yes they are all within walking distance, and yes, they are all small = line ups all day, every day. Okay, not exactly all day, but majority of the time.
Warning: It is like a massive sauna inside. Or like a spa. Whichever floats your boat.
Miso Ramen/Shio Ramen - $9.95 (5/7)
Nothing special about these two, pretty mediocre. It wasn’t loaded with MSG, and as shown in the picture, you get the typical “toppings” that usually come with ramen. The portions are fairly small (you can probably cover the bowl with your palm if you stretched out your hand), however, there is an option to make it a large with just a dollar more.
